⚠️ These rules may be modified at any time by the NoidPvP Administration Team. Every player is responsible for checking for updates. Not reading these rules is not considered a valid excuse.

1. General

1.1
By joining NoidPvP, you automatically agree to these rules.
1.2
Respect all players and Staff members at all times.
1.3
Impersonating a Staff member or pretending to have administrative permissions is strictly prohibited.
1.4
Intentionally wasting Staff time through false reports or troll tickets may result in punishment.
1.5
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics is prohibited. All bugs must be reported immediately through our Discord.
1.6
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players is forbidden.
1.7
Respect every player regardless of nationality, religion, ethnicity, or gender.
1.8
Advertising other Minecraft servers, Discord servers, websites, or social media is prohibited.
1.9
Spamming, flooding, and excessive CAPS are not allowed.
1.10
Sharing personal information is not allowed.
1.11
Public chat language is English only.
1.12
Hate speech, discrimination, racism, homophobia, or targeted harassment will not be tolerated.

2. Accounts

2.1
A maximum of three accounts per player is allowed.
2.2
Using alternate accounts to bypass bans, mutes, or other punishments is prohibited.
2.3
Sharing accounts is discouraged and done entirely at your own risk.
2.4
Offensive, inappropriate, or Staff-like usernames are not allowed.

3. BoxPvP

3.1
Spawn killing is allowed unless it involves abusing glitches or safe zones.
3.2
Teaming is allowed unless the server specifically limits team sizes.
3.3
Cross-teaming (alliances between multiple teams beyond the allowed limit) is prohibited.
3.4
Camping protected areas to exploit PvP immunity is forbidden.
3.5
Intentionally boosting another player's statistics, kill streak, balance, or leaderboard position is prohibited.
3.6
Farming kills between alternate accounts or friends is strictly forbidden.
3.7
Using traps, lava, cobwebs, or other mechanics to intentionally exploit safe-zone protections is prohibited.
3.8
Intentionally disconnecting to avoid combat (Combat Logging) is prohibited.

4. Cheats, Clients & Mods

4.1
The use of any cheat, hacked client, exploit, modification, script, macro, or external software that provides an unfair gameplay advantage is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This rule applies even if the software is not explicitly listed below.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any Hacked Client (Wurst, Meteor, Vape, Future, Novoline, LiquidBounce, RusherHack, etc.)
- Ghost Clients
- KillAura
- Aim Assist
- TriggerBot
- Reach
- Velocity
- Anti Knockback
- HitBoxes / Expanded Hitboxes
- Criticals
- Auto Clicker
- Double Click / Butterfly Click macros
- Macros that automate gameplay
- Scripts or external automation tools
- Auto Sprint
- Auto Armor
- Auto Totem
- Auto Crystal
- Crystal Aura
- X-Ray (including X-Ray Resource Packs)
- Freecam
- Baritone
- Inventory Tweaks that automate PvP actions
- Inventory Manager
- Chest Stealer
- Radar Mods
- Tracers
- ESP (Players, Chests, Mobs, Items, Storage, etc.)
- NameTags
- Timer
- Blink
- FastPlace
- Scaffold
- Auto Bridge
- Nuker
- FastBreak
- Packet manipulation cheats
- NoSlow
- SafeWalk
- Step
- Spider
- Flight
- Speed
- LongJump
- HighJump
- Jesus
- FastUse
- Elytra hacks
- Any combat, movement, render, world, or miscellaneous cheat not listed above.
4.2
The following modifications are generally allowed:

- ReplayMod (unless abused during Staff Screenshares)

- Armor Status
- FPS Boost Mods
- Shaders
- Resource Packs
- FullBright
- Cosmetic Mods (Capes, Emotes, Animations)
- HUD Mods (MiniHUD without radar functions)
- Keystrokes
- CPS Counter
- Ping Display

If you are unsure whether a mod is allowed, contact Staff before using it.
4.3
The use of VPNs, Proxy services, or any other method intended to bypass bans, mutes, IP restrictions, or punishments is strictly prohibited.

5. Reports & Evidence

5.1
Reports must include valid screenshots or videos.
5.2
Fake reports or edited evidence will result in punishment.
5.3
Reports should be submitted through our Discord Ticket System.
5.4
The identity of players submitting reports will remain confidential.

6. Ban & Mute Punishments

6.1
- Hacked Client: 30 Days (14 Days if admitted)
- Ghost Client: 30 Days
- Auto Clicker: 14 Days
- Macros: 14 Days
- Reach: 30 Days
- Aim Assist: 30 Days
- KillAura: 30 Days
- Velocity / AntiKB: 30 Days
- X-Ray: 14 Days
- Bug Abuse: 14 Days
- Ban Evasion: Permanent Ban
- VPN/Proxy Ban Evasion: Permanent Ban
- Chargeback: Permanent Blacklist
- Real Money Trading (RMT): Permanent Ban
- Kill Boosting: 14 Days
- Stat Boosting: 14 Days
- Combat Logging: 3 Days
- Advertising Other Servers: Permanent Ban
- DDoS/Dox Threats: Permanent Blacklist
- DDoS/Dox Attacks: Permanent Blacklist
- Staff Impersonation: 7 Days
- Inappropriate Build/Skin: 1 Day (after warning)
6.2
- Spam: 1 Hour
- Flood: 1 Hour
- Toxic Behavior: 3 Hours
- Minor Insults: 6 Hours
- Severe Insults: 1–3 Days
- Staff Disrespect: 2 Days
- Server Disrespect: 5 Days
- Racism / Homophobia / Hate Speech: 7 Days
- Death Threats: 7 Days
- Advertising Social Media: Mute or Ban
- Advertising External Websites: 12 Hours

7. Additional Notes

7.1
- Staff decisions are final unless successfully appealed.
- Punishments may be increased for repeat offenders.
- Attempting to bypass the rules through loopholes will still be punished.
- "I didn't know the rules" is never accepted as an excuse.
- Any exploit not specifically mentioned but clearly giving an unfair advantage may still result in punishment.
- If a modification or client is not listed, do not assume it is allowed. Ask the Staff first.
- NoidPvP reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice.
