Are rank purchases permanent?
No. Our ranks are subscription-based (monthly or yearly) instead of lifetime.
Why are ranks monthly/yearly instead of lifetime?
Unlike many older servers, NoidPvP is a new and growing Minecraft network. We chose a monthly and yearly rank system because it allows us to keep the server alive, pay for hosting, improve our infrastructure, and continue developing new features, updates, and content for the community.
Every purchase directly supports the development of NoidPvP and helps us create a better experience for all players.
What happens when my rank expires?
When your monthly or yearly rank expires, you will lose the exclusive rank perks that came with it. Your progress, items, statistics, and other permanent rewards will remain on your account.
You can renew your rank anytime if you want to continue enjoying the benefits.
Can I transfer my rank to another account?
Yes, rank transfers are possible, but they require an additional transfer fee.
To request a rank transfer, you must open a support ticket on our official Discord Server. Our staff will review your request and provide further instructions.
Rank transfers are only available after the additional fee has been paid and may require verification to prevent abuse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple secure payment methods through our store provider. Available options will be shown during checkout.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes after completing your payment.
If you do not receive your purchase after 30 minutes, please contact our support team our Discord Server with your transaction details.
Is it safe to buy from the NoidPvP Store?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through our store platform. We never store or have access to your payment information.
Can I get a refund after purchasing?
No. All purchases made on the NoidPvP Store are final and non-refundable.
Before completing any purchase, users must accept our Terms of Purchase, which clearly state that refunds are not available. Since all digital products and rank benefits are delivered automatically, we cannot provide refunds after an order has been completed.
Any attempt to force a refund through unauthorized payment disputes, chargebacks, or other methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions or further action.
